Terms and Conditions

All patrons should read the terms and conditions carefully.

All festival patrons are required to abide by all terms and conditions as a pre-requisite for entry at Feugh Fest.

No tickets are available for sale on the day of the event.
 
Right of admission reserved (ROAR).  No refunds or exchanges for tickets are available under any circumstances.
 
Photographic proof of ID is required for all patrons over 18; only a passport or drivers license will be accepted.
 
The promoter reserves the right to change the programme in exceptional circumstances without prior notice.
 
If you are staying overnight at the camp site you will need both a ticket for General Admission and a Camping ticket.

Anti-social, inappropriate and abusive behaviour towards staff or festival patrons will result in patrons being ejected from the festival without refund or exchange.
 
Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording of themselves on the festival site and for it to be broadcasted in any media.
 
All patons will be searched as they enter the festival site.
 
No alcohol or food is allowed on the festival site under any circumstances.
 
No glass of any kind is permitted inside the festival site (including camping area) under any circumstances.
 
The use of cameras or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
 
The promoters do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of any personal property brought to the festival site.
 
No duplicate tickets will be given for lost tickets.
 
No animals are permitted onto the festival site except guide dogs or hearing dogs for the deaf.
  
Please treat the countryside and other festival patrons as you yourself would like to be treated, we are all here to have a good time. Have fun, relax and enjoy.
